IPHONE X IS FASTER THAN GALAXY NOTE 9

In Geekbench 4, the iPhone X continues to be the fastest mobile phone available on the market.

With a Geekbench 4 score of 10,357 points, it races past the OnePlus 6 with 9,088 points and the Galaxy Note 9 with 8,876 points.

Note 9, however, performs splendidly in the multi-core test and scores better than Note 8 and Google Pixel 2 XL.

Both these smartphones come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, the predecessor of the Snapdragon 845, which is used in Note 9.

What’s particularly impressive is the performance of iPhone X, considering the smartphone is almost a year now.

If iPhone X’s current performance is anything to go by, the new 2018 iPhone model with the A12 Bionic processor will blow the Note 9 and Pixel 3 out of the water.
3DMARK SLINGSHOT EXTREME 3.1 SCORE

In the 3DMark Slingshot Extreme test, one of the most demanding graphics tests, the iPhone X lands in second place with Galaxy Note 9 trailing right behind it.

The fastest in the 3D graphics test is OnePlus 6, which has an Adreno 630 GPU.

GALAXY NOTE 9 LEADS THE DISPLAY BENCHMARK SCORE

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was able to smoke its competitors in display benchmark. In the display test, it performed the best out of all the smartphones.

Its crisp AMOLED display reaches 224 percent on the sRGB color gamut, while the iPhone X clearly stays behind it at 128 percent.



Samsung’s phablet is also ahead in terms of display brightness at 605 nits while the iPhone X trails behind at 574 nits.

Galaxy Note 9 will be available for purchase beginning August 24. It will offer up to 512 GB of storage capacity and a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels.
